Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2013 and declared qualified.
Eligibility : Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs CWE-II Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 6th July – 12th July, 2013 released by IBPS.

Probation Period : Selected candidates will be on probation for Officers- Two years. & For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) One Year.
Selection Procedure: For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category. For Officer Scale-I: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
For Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
For Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer *): Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category IT, and Agricultural Officer.
For Officer Scale III (General Banking Officer): Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order.

Personal Interview : Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank. The total marks for Interview will be 30.
Service Indemnity Bond: (1) For Officers : The selected candidates for the post of officers will be required, at the time of their Joining, to execute an “INDEMNITY BOND WITH SURETY”, undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of THREE years, or otherwise to pay a sum of Rs.100000/= (Rs. One lakh only ) as compensation to the Bank. This is in addition to the requirement of notice period or payment in lieu thereof as per Uttar Bihar Officers & Employees Service Regulations,2010. (2) For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) The selected candidates for the post of Office Assistant will be required, at the time of their Joining, to execute an “INDEMNITY BOND WITH SURETY”, undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of TWO years, or otherwise to pay a sum of Rs.50000/= (Rs. Fifty thousand only ) as compensation to the Bank. This is in addition to the requirement of notice period or payment in lieu thereof as per Uttar Bihar Officers & Employees Service Regulations, 2010.
Interview Centre : The Interview will be held at the Muzaffarpur centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters.
